version 0.06 the lots of small things update

I wanted to say that there won't be an update for a while, since I'm moving in a couple of weeks and I've been too busy to work on Project Hover. But I some how managed to fix quite a few of small stuff and get some really nice improvements in.

What's new:

- the player now gets help with aligning with the ground as they land. The value has also been added to the player settings.

- crouch now works when the magnets are off.

- improved board flip reliability.

- improved ground detection when running over small bumps.

- improved crouching speeds. legs now feel a bit snappier.

- fixed bug that caused the player settings values to not load correctly.

- fixed crouching bug that caused crouching to max out at around half trigger.

- fixed a silly mistake in the balance system that caused all balance forces to need to be smaller than they were supposed to. default values have now been adjusted. Players who use custom player setting values will need to update theirs.
