Got a bit carried away today and did enough to justify a new build

here's what's new:

• hoverboard power can now be toggled on and off with the left bumper.
• added a temp icon for the game.
• fixed auto crouching for landing bug that caused inconsistent behavior.
• fixed floating rails in start area.
• adjusted a part of the skatepark to be more grindable.
• fixed magnet power indicator not updating.
• improved upper arm rotations so it's harder to bend in unnatural ways.
